Some of my houses are not playable cause they are full with stuff. If you want to play with it you have to delete the barriers…
It gives different reasons if you cant download my homes.The first one your internet line are to slow cause my homes are mostly a big file and some lines can not handle it and break up after few minutes.
Make sure you have the same Expansion Packs like me. If you dont have the same Stuff Packs dont be worry, they are not necessary.
You have flashing blue items in one of a house? You need the mesh!
Please dont ask me about stuff. Take a look in the daily updates on different Sites, i listed some of it on my Links Site.
Vacation Lots are very difficult to place it.Thats the reason why you cant find anyone on this site!
Mediafire or other Filehoster
I use Mediafire to host my Houses. Mediafire is a free hoster so it can happen the Server is down for a while . Just try it over and over again and be patient. But if any files are broken or a dead link please tell me about. I promise to fix the problem as soon as possible.

Here can you read how to install homes for Sims.I prefer to use the Clean Installer, open the house with the CI [Clean Installer] install first the house without contents. Start your game and go afterwards out of your Game. Now you should open the house with the CI again and install just the content without the house. Its a bit complicated but that helps, it can be the house dont show in the catalog and thats annoying!
Double click on the house it opens the Launcher click on install – thats it! But if you have trouble with the Launcher [like me from time to time] then you can put the sims 3 file direct in the Download Folder [Documents / Electronic Arts/Sims3/Download].Thats an easy way too.Test it! Feel free to send me an email if you have any question about how to install the houses, but pls accept if you write a question as comment under a house i´ll delete it!

Create a Folder (on Desktop or a place your choice) Download both Part ( if there are more so you have to download all parts) Put all Parts in the Folder you have created! Right click on Part 1, choose unzip here, the other Parts unzip automatically! There must be just one big file in your folder now! If you dont know how to install houses so please read the instruction above!
